Return Policy

  • Please read these policies carefully, as they are the terms that govern your purchases on our platform. They define your rights and obligations regarding your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions.
  • Your issuance of an Order on Our platform constitutes your consent to the policies which govern it, so please make sure you understand them before confirming your order.
  • Product guarantee
  • We guarantee that the products sold on our website are 100% brand new and free from defects in material and workmanship - we never sell used or refurbished batteries. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product (s) to us within 30 days and we will refund you the full product price. We will only reimburse shipping costs if the result is our fault (wrong item shipped, transport damage). Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returned items, unless incorrect items were sent for which we will refund shipping costs.
  • Return method
  • Unless otherwise stated, our products are guaranteed for 1 year from the original date of purchase under normal use. Replacement items, if issued, will not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.
  • All items returned for whatever reason must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is issued upon request, and must be prepaid. A shipping discount is granted to the customer if a material or workmanship defect is confirmed.
  • Please ensure that the items returned are the ones you purchased from us. We are not responsible for items sent to us that are not our product.
  • Return authorization
  • Our goal is to satisfy our customers 100%. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us immediately by email. We will try our best to solve your problem. If you return the product (s) to us within 30 days, we will refund the full product price (shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return was due to our mistake). Products, email us for an RMA and fill out the instructions to return the products to us, for your protection we strongly recommend that you insure your return against loss or damage and hire a shipping company to do so can issue proof of delivery.
  • Guarantee protection does not cover
  • 1. Battery damage due to charging failure, modification, negligence, abuse, accident, improper installation or freezing.
  • 2. If it comes from another dealer.
  • 3. Loss of time, inconvenience, or other incidental or consequential damages.
  • 4. Incorrectly inserted or incorrectly sized batteries.
  • 5. Batteries with physical damage.
  • 6. Discharged batteries that can be recharged and used again.
